Our hot water packed up on a Friday evening Paul our service engineer came out on a Saturday morning and advised due to the age and the scale blockage it was time to replace ot which we have known for a couple of years now The installer Arther arrived first thing on Tuesday had the heating and hot water back on the same day and came back Wednesday to finish off.
