Our charges

 

Hourly Rates 

(normal working hours) 

Please note we are boiler specialists rather than general plumbing and heating engineers and carry boiler parts to avoid delayed repairs, the majority of jobs are completed within one hour. 

 

There is a minimum charge of an hour's labour on all repair and diagnostic work. In the unlikely event the job will take longer than an hour, work is charged in 15 minute increments or part thereof.

 

Boiler Breakdown and Diagnostics - from £85 per hour or part thereof.

 

Emergency breakdown?

Weekend service also available. Please call for emergency rates.

 

Fixed Prices

Fixed prices are available for non-breakdown work.

 

Standard Boiler Service - from £85
Landlord's Gas Certificate (CP12) - from £85
Standard Boiler Service & Landlord´s Gas Certificate (CP12) - from £115  (Best value)

(Please note we are unable to work or issue certificates on gas fires and back boilers) 

 

All prices exclude VAT at the current rate of 20%.

 

Please note that many boiler manufacturers require their appliances to have a full strip down service including combustion seals replaced every 3-5 years. This is not included within a standard boiler service.

 

Materials

We carry most central heating spares as van stock. In emergencies we can collect parts on your behalf - normal hourly rates apply. Any parts not available for same day collection can be ordered. Courier charges may apply.

 

Invoicing/Payment

All invoices are due on completion, payment must be made by credit/debit card or cash.

We do not accept cheques.
