An annual boiler service carried out by a Gas Safe Registered engineer is required for all gas boilers. Regular servicing ensures the boiler is working safely and to the specifications designed by the boiler manufacturer. It will also save money on expensive fuel bills and reduce the risk of the boiler breaking down when you need it the most. Heatcare South offers fixed price boiler servicing, but please note we are unable to work in loft/roof spaces.

Heatcare South's 11 point standard boiler service includes checking the following:

 

  • Flue ways and terminals
  • Ignition system
  • All safety devices
  • All visible pipework/controls
  • Combustion fan
  • Heat exchangers
  • Burners
  • Gas pressure/heat input
  • Flue/gas analyser test
  • Check for satisfactory ventilation on all compartments and external walls
  • Provide electronic CP6 service certificate on completion
