Hourly Rates 

There is a minimum charge of one hours labour on all plumbing and heating repair and diagnostic work.
In the unlikely event the job will take longer than an hour, work is charged in 15 minute increments pro rata.

 

Boiler and Heating Breakdowns and Diagnostics - £85.00 for the 1st hour

Over 85% of jobs are completed within the first hour

 

Fixed Prices

Fixed prices are available for non-breakdown work.

 

Standard Boiler Service - £85.00 (senior engineer)

Landlord's Gas Certificate (CP12) - £85.00 (senior engineer)

Standard Boiler Service & Landlord´s Gas Certificate (CP12) - £125.00 (senior engineer)

 

Above prices assume no gas fires if your property has a gas fire please let us know.

  

All prices plus VAT at 20%


Please note that many boiler manufacturers require their appliances to have a full strip down service including combustion seals replaced every 3-5 years. This is not included within a standard boiler service.

 

Materials

We carry boiler and central heating spares as van stock. In emergencies we can collect parts on your behalf - normal hourly rates apply.
Any parts not available for same day collection can be ordered. Courier charges may apply.

 

Invoicing/Payment

All invoices are due on completion, payment must be made by credit/debit card or cash. We do not accept cheques.
