Our engineer Paul has over 30 years industry experience and set up Heat Care South back in 2001.
Paul specialises in the service and repair of gas boilers and has been trained by the manufacturers over many years.
All gas boilers should be serviced annually and many should have a full strip down service every five years
Paul provides a fast response boiler repair service and thanks to his expertise and in-depth boiler knowledge he gets 85% of faulty boilers up and running in less than 60 minutes of his arrival.
Most boilers can be serviced or repaired even the older ones. Paul carries spare parts even some obsolete ones.

For any boiler or central heating issue, give Paul a call; he can offer free telephone advice and can sometimes get your broken boiler up and running again without the need for a visit.
However, if a call out is required, we keep disruption to a minimum by providing fast response services, allocated 4 hour time slots and 30-60 min notice prior to Paul's arrival.

Noticed that my radiators where only getting luke warm at the bottom and really not making the house warm enough. My friend said to give Heatcare south a call so I did just that. Made an appointment on my next day off. They called on the day to tell when the engineer will be with me. He came and took a look at what I was saying and listened to me, which i'm thankful for. He said the reason the radiators where not getting the heat from the top to the bottom was because they where full of dirt. He suggested putting a chemical in the system to try to breakdown the sludge which had formed over the years. And explained as it would hopefully remove the build up of deposits as the chemical work its way round to remove any unwanted dirt from them. Did that and resolved the issue and now have fully functioning radiators and a lovely warm cosy house.
